1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

If the package is visibly damaged, customers should take photographs or videos of the package before opening it whenever possible.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with:

- Customer name
- Product name
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Video evidence, if necessary
- A description of the problem
This information helps us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Menz Carbon may, depending on the circumstances, provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement product
- Repair or other reasonable solution
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The specific solution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.
Customers should not modify, repair, install, paint, cut, drill, or otherwise alter a product with a suspected manufacturing defect before contacting us.
4. Wrong Product or Incorrect Shipment
If Menz Carbon sends an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us before installing or modifying the product.
After confirming the error, we will work with the customer to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or return of the incorrect product.
5. Change of Mind and Incorrect Orders
For standard, non-customized products, customers may contact us to request a return due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Such requests are subject to our approval and the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and uninstalled.
- The product must not have been modified, painted, drilled, cut, polished, or otherwise altered.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Because motorcycle fairings are model-specific products, customers are strongly advised to confirm the motorcycle brand, model, year, and required product before placing an order.
6. Customized Products
Due to the nature of customized manufacturing, customized, modified, personalized, or specially developed products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or the product does not conform to the agreed specifications.
This may include products manufactured according to:
- Customer-provided specifications
- Custom motorcycle models
- Special product dimensions
- Custom designs
- Special surface finishes
- OEM / ODM requirements
- Customized logos or branding
- Customized packaging
Customers are responsible for carefully confirming product specifications before production begins.
7. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that:
- Have been installed on a motorcycle
- Have been modified or altered
- Have been drilled, cut, painted, polished, or otherwise processed
- Have been damaged through improper installation
- Show signs of misuse or abnormal use
- Are returned without the required accessories or components
- Are damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Are customized products without a confirmed manufacturing defect
8. Return Authorization
Customers must contact Menz Carbon and receive return instructions before sending any product back.
Please do not send products to us without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in additional processing delays.
Once the return request is approved, we will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions and shipping information.
9. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect product shipment, or other error attributable to Menz Carbon, we will discuss an appropriate solution regarding the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other reason not caused by Menz Carbon, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable shipping-related expenses.
10. Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the result.
If the refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an error or confirmed defect attributable to Menz Carbon.
11. Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, we will arrange the replacement product after confirming the return or other required conditions.
Replacement availability may depend on product inventory, production schedules, motorcycle model, and customization requirements.
For products that are no longer available, Menz Carbon may provide an alternative solution, such as a refund or another mutually agreed arrangement.
12. Fitment and Compatibility
Motorcycle fairings are model-specific products.
Before placing an order, customers should carefully confirm:
- Motorcycle brand
- Motorcycle model
- Model year
- Product type
- Fairing configuration
- Required specifications
Menz Carbon is not responsible for returns resulting from a customer’s failure to confirm compatibility before ordering, particularly when the product has been installed, modified, or customized.

13. International Returns
For international orders, return procedures may involve additional shipping, customs, import, or export requirements.
